This recipe makes 4 nice sized cocktails. Pour into a pretty glass (I used these) and garnish with a strawberry. Blend for a long time until it is suuuuper smooth. When ready to enjoy your Strawberry Frozé combine the Rosé, 2 cups of frozen strawberries and 1 cup of the strawberry simple syrup into a blender. This isn’t required but does ensure the cocktail stays nice and frosty! Optional step–freeze Rosé wine in a shallow baking dish/glass storage container/ice cubes prior to making cocktail. ![]() ![]() Put in the fridge and let chill completely. Once cooler (can still be warm), strain the strawberries and strain into a glass jar/container. Keep an eye on it, the last thing you want is this spilling over onto your stove, it’s a sticky mess!
